All sizes come from the manufacturer - Prestige is not responsible for sizing. Size range is approximate. For example. if your dancer's measurements for hips are 30 inches and the range is 28-30 for sizing, chances are it will be snug since 30 is the max on the range.
 
I would be happy to send you the base to try on for an additional $10 fee. 
 
Patrick J tends to run small in my opinion so please double check the measurements.
